Red Arrow Diner is proud to support the next generation of hospitality professionals! Our very own Co-Owner, Amanda Wihby, has been selected as one of 12 distinguished judges for the New Hampshire ProStart State Invitational. The event, hosted by the New Hampshire Lodging & Restaurant Association (NHLRA), is set to take place on March 4, 2025, at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord, NH, from 9:00am to 1:00pm.
ProStart® is a nationwide, two-year program that transforms high school students into tomorrow’s industry leaders through an industry-driven curriculum focused on culinary techniques and management skills. This hands-on educational experience builds practical skills and lays a strong foundation for a successful career in hospitality.
Amanda’s selection as a judge is a tremendous honor and underscores Red Arrow Diner’s longstanding commitment to giving back to the community. By lending her expertise, Amanda will help evaluate the creative and innovative work of students who are eager to make their mark in the hospitality world.
Amanda joins an esteemed panel of judges representing the notable organizations: Three Chimneys Inn & ffrost Sawyer Tavern, Appalachian Mountain Club, 110 Grill, Melan Hotel Group, Littleton Freehouse Taproom & Eatery, Tinios Hospitality Group, Community College System of New Hampshire, 70 North Kitchen & Market, and Heron Point Seafood.
At Red Arrow Diner, we believe in nurturing local talent and providing a helping hand to up-and-coming professionals. This event is a perfect example of how we support and invest in our community’s future. We are excited to see the innovative ideas and passion of the young hospitality enthusiasts and contribute to shaping the future of the industry.
