Jay Ruais, Incumbent Mayor of Manchester New Hampshire, recently sat down with Carol Lawrence and former Manchester Alderman Mike Lopez to discuss their experiences in Manchester and show his appreciation for them being impactful community partners.

Growing up in the family hospitality business, Carol Lawrence has over 30 years of experience managing and marketing of successful restaurants, including Red Arrow Diner. Carol truly believes that restaurateurs should build each other up and collaborate to build a thriving economy that benefits everyone.
