Red Arrow Diner is honoring the memory of Mark Letendre, who helped carry forward the legacy of the Red Arrow Diner for over 16 years, alongside his father Levi.

On Tuesday, May 20, 2025, all four Red Arrow Diner locations in ConcordLondonderryManchester, and Nashua will have a Mark Letendre Memorial Meal, including $3.00 shepherd’s pie and a free side of baked beans.

Mark Letendre’s history with the Red Arrow Diner is invaluable, purchasing the diner in 1969 with his father, Levi, to serve Manchester, New Hampshire, with comfort food classics like pot roast, baked beans, and shepherd’s pie. Mark continued operating the diner until 1985, leaving a lasting mark on our community and its story.

We are grateful for his role in shaping the Red Arrow’s journey and extend our heartfelt condolences to his loved ones. His dedication, work ethic, and passion for great food helped make the Red Arrow a cherished institution throughout New Hampshire and beyond.
