As a returning fan favorite – we missed first place by six votes last year – we are looking forward to sharing our traditional poutine, a delicious combination of crispy fries, savory gravy, and melt-in-your-mouth cheese curds. The festival benefits the Franco-American Centre (FAC), a nonprofit organization that celebrates French language and culture in New Hampshire.
